Recently, our 'Right of the Fortnight' was Article 12 (respect for the views of the child). This right about how every child has the right to have a say in all matters affecting them, and to have their views taken seriously.
To celebrate this, we discussed how International Democracy Day supports Article 12. In school, we have also been looking at what we already do to promote Article 12. We named things such as the Student Council, Take 5 Champions, House Captains, House Captain elections and so much more.
