During our Nursery Rhymes topic, P1 used their STEM skills to help two different characters, Humpty Dumpty and the cow who jumped over the moon. Firstly, we made catapults to help the cow jump right over the moon, using elastic bands, lollypop sticks and a spoon. Our catapults were that good that we had to make the challenge harder! We then made protective carriers for Humpty Dumpty to stop him cracking when falling of the wall. Our inventions were very protective and only one of our eggs cracked!
