As part of our ‘The Story of Chocolate’ topic, primary 4 have been learning about how food is digested in our bodies and the function of important organs such as our stomach, small and large intestine. We carried out an experiment to show how food is broken down by stomach acid and the importance of eating food that gives our bodies the right nutrients to keep us healthy.
